Account Manager Role

As an Indie Campers Key Account Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our marketplace by acquiring new listings, managing host relationships, and ensuring high levels of host satisfaction in the North American region. Your role will involve analyzing acquisition data, managing accounts, and implementing strategies to reduce churn rate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies to drive marketplace growth, focusing on net new listings in the region.
  • Manage relationships with hosts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement, addressing their needs promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Implement strategies to reduce churn rate and retain hosts on the platform, monitoring performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Analyze and monitor key performance indicators related to net new listings, churn rate, and host satisfaction, tracking progress and reporting insights to stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is essential to align acquisition and account management strategies with overall business goals, identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, or related roles, demonstrating strong understanding of acquisition and account management strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in account management and CRM tools is highly valued.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to ever-changing situations, and take ownership of tasks while driving continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan matching, and generous paid time off.
