We are offering a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
About the Job:
This Executive Chef role will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes to our discerning guests.
The successful candidate will also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve exceptional results. They will be responsible for managing budgets, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Job Requirements:
* At least 1 year of related work experience in a similar role
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in culinary arts preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
