Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Chef to join our team at Marriott Cancun An All-Inclusive Resort. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing food preparation, presentation, and service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Train and supervise staff members to ensure efficient service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a chef or sous chef in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Knowledge of local and international cuisine, including menu planning and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
