Job Description:

Business Development Representative:

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at AT&T. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth through the sale of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide world-class service to our business customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to sell additional products and services to our customers, increasing revenue and driving business growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including Telephone Services, hotspots, wireless devices, DIRECTV, Internet solutions, and business systems.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing, to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Advanced English fluency to effectively communicate with U.S. customers.
  • Sales Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience with outstanding communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using personal computers and Microsoft Office products to research information and support customers.
  • Availability: Availability to train and work 40 hours across 5 days of the week within our operating hours of 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM CST, Monday to Saturday.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Monthly Base Salary: MXN$18,000 (before Taxes)
  • Average Monthly Bonus: MXN $8,000, when you meet your sales and service targets.
  • Monthly Vouchers: MXN $1,519 every 14 days for groceries and MXN $1,216 every 14 days for restaurants.

Work Environment:

This is a non-remote position, requiring you to work in our offices starting on your first day of training.
