Sales Distribution Team Lead

- Manage and motivate a high-performing team to ensure delivery of training and development programs.
- Create and manage an annual business unit plan to drive channel revenue growth and provide regular reporting.
- Nurture and develop customer relationships to achieve 'best-in-class' execution of our categories.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including account teams, category managers, and customer finance, to optimize return across the region.
- Foster a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and category insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
