About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Sierra Aluminum. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conducting market research and analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Create comprehensive proposals for new and existing clients, outlining the benefits and value of our products and services.
  • Quoting and Pricing: Establish pricing strategies and develop quotes for clients, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Trade Show and Event Attendance: Represent Sierra Aluminum at industry events and trade shows, building brand awareness and generating leads.
Requirements
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the market and industry trends.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
