At Mms, S.A. De C.V., we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead 3PL Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sharepoint Support and Administration: The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, granting access, and removing access in Sharepoint.
  • Office 365 Support: The candidate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to clients using Office 365.
  • Active Directory Management: The successful candidate will have experience in managing Active Directory, including user account management and group policy implementation.
  • Microsoft Exchange Support: The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting Microsoft Exchange, including email setup and troubleshooting.
  • Service Now Management: The candidate will be responsible for managing Service Now, including incident management and problem management.
  • General Network Connectivity Knowledge: The successful candidate will have a good understanding of network connectivity, including VPN and diagnosing connectivity issues.
Language Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. The candidate will primarily handle Portuguese calls, with occasional Spanish calls. Fluent English is required for communication with global teams.

Work Location:

This is an on-site position located in Monterrey, Mexico, specifically in the Obispado Area - Torres Obispado building. There is no hybrid or remote option.

Work Schedule:

The successful candidate will work 5 days a week with 2 days off (subject to change). 24/7 availability is required with rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night).

Interview Process:

The interview process typically consists of 3 interviews: Technical Interview, Portuguese Assessment, and Managerial Interview.
