Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team at National Pen. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with external stakeholders regarding customer order status.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with external stakeholders on customer order status
  • Meet KPIs for planning OTS and TAT metrics
  • Maintain excellent communication and working relationships with all departments within the company
  • Provide clear commitment dates to customers when required
  • Evaluate and escalate any challenges to meet customer expectations
  • Identify and provide status for any past due orders
  • Communicate in advance any challenges to meet customer need dates
  • Follow up on critical orders and prioritize requests from stakeholders
  • Follow up on material shortages to fulfill customer orders

Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-5 years of experience in customer service, production control, or planning areas
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Previous manufacturing industry experience with strong working knowledge of ERP
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and team building skills
  • Ability to quickly analyze and solve complex problems
