Cisco, a leading provider of Trusted Access security and multi-factor authentication delivered through the cloud, is seeking an exceptional Technical Solutions Specialist. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch support to our customers.

Job Description

The Technical Solutions Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues;
  • Providing timely and effective solutions to resolve customer complaints and improve their overall experience;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements;
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing product support role;
  • Fundamental problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of web technologies (DNS, HTTP(s), etc.);
  • Windows OS administration experience and knowledge of Active Directory;
  • Cross-platform OS knowledge (Linux, Mac OS X, Windows) and mobile device knowledge (iOS/Android/Windows Phone);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate 'customer-speak' into 'developer-speak' and vice versa;
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues;
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field (nice to have).
