About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to support our customer success efforts. As a Customer Success Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless interactions between our customers and our systems, including SAP and Salesforce. Your primary goal will be to provide vital information to help our customers achieve their production plans.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the Order Management Process by reviewing documents for accuracy, ensuring minimum order quantities are met, and verifying pricing.
- Collaborate with our Sales partners to share information and present a unified message, driving value creation for both Molex and our customers.
- Manage order changes in the SAP system and compile data reports on schedule agreement activity.
- Attend team meetings and departmental trainings to support CX activities and offer input to your team members.
- Suggest opportunities to streamline or automate procedures related to your assigned activities and functions.
Your Profile
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is essential.
- Minimum 3 years of customer-facing job experience is necessary.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
- Effective communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express ideas clearly are crucial.
- Organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills are also essential.

Salary Range
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
