Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Nextiva. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling our innovative communication solutions to businesses of all sizes, helping them to deliver amazing customer experiences and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and understand prospects' pain points and recommend solutions based on their needs
- Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities with a minimum of 3x your quota assignment
- Deliver tailored demos of the Nextiva solution, showcasing how it delivers desired outcomes
- Maintain and increase existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Manage customer interaction and track the sales process using Salesforce CRM
- 2+ years of sales, account management, and/or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- 1+ years of sales experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, PaaS, or related industries preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce and ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and present compelling sales presentations and pitch decks
