About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Nextiva. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling our innovative communication solutions to businesses of all sizes, helping them to deliver amazing customer experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and understand prospects' pain points and recommend solutions based on their needs
  • Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities with a minimum of 3x your quota assignment
  • Deliver tailored demos of the Nextiva solution, showcasing how it delivers desired outcomes
  • Maintain and increase existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Manage customer interaction and track the sales process using Salesforce CRM
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales, account management, and/or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • 1+ years of sales experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, PaaS, or related industries preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create and present compelling sales presentations and pitch decks
