About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Operations Manager to join our team at Marriott International. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, as well as maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and maximize operational efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years experience in hospitality industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
