We're seeking a talented Client Success Specialist to join our EDU vertical team at Flywire. As a key member of our Client Success team, you'll provide exceptional value-add support services to our existing client base, while also supporting the engagement efforts of a large portfolio of group-managed accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a Client Success strategy focused on the AMERICAS market.
- Ensure client users are knowledgeable and confident when using Flywire products.
- Create and host one-to-many client webinars.
- Promote system usage best practices.
- Champion best practice payer communications.
- Manage the engagement of a large portfolio of group-managed accounts.
- Uncover additional opportunities within your portfolio.
- Work closely with the Account Management team to provide a joined-up approach to client engagement with a consistent tone.
- Be an active contributor to the development of the team, providing 'on the ground' insight.
- Utilize data insights to inform client engagement.
- Manage your own daily operations while also collaborating on team process optimization.
- Be able to effectively prioritize and act with a sense of urgency.
- Nurture collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Understand the Flywire product suite, tools, and workflows.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- 2-4 years of experience in customer/client support, account management, and/or project management preferred.
- Experience in Higher Education, Payments, Banking & Finance, and/or Technology platforms beneficial.
- Be accountable, proactive, and persistent. Always.
- Have strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Be inquisitive and resourceful across all tasks undertaken.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be an engaging, personable, and confident presenter.
