Job Title: Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager

As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Signifyd, you will play a critical role in driving the success and growth of our enterprise customers. You will be responsible for overseeing the customer lifecycle, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction, and retention of a portfolio of assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
  • Develop and deliver business reviews and strategic plans to drive customer success
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on best practices and product usage
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Work closely with marketing to identify and convert successful customers into advocates
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management or account management
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop associated action plans
  • Deep experience generating and manipulating data for internal and external presentations
