The Structural Heart Field Clinical Representative (FCR) plays a pivotal role in providing day-to-day account management and clinical case support for assigned products and accounts in Monterrey, with responsibility for the northern territory. This includes setting objectives and opportunities to drive sales growth for their product portfolio, in collaboration with peer colleagues, manager, and Boston Scientific (BSC) ICG ASE.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of annual strategic plans by providing detailed business intelligence for accounts in scope, including market size and potential, market/product trends, business opportunities, competitive landscape, and updated clinical and economic stakeholders.
- Support managers in understanding each account's unmet needs and expectations, facilitating an account strategy and execution of product developments and launches.
- Identify, manage, and report sales opportunities derived from clinical support, supporting clinical selling based on clinical support information provided.
- Provide education and training support for external customers and end-users, as well as internally for BSC colleagues, as appropriate.
- Attend and actively participate in customer, company, and industry-sponsored events and meetings, with a strategic and productivity mindset.
- Lead on sales opportunities and develop and implement a proactive plan involving all supporting functions.
- Gather and share information about next tenders and negotiation opportunities.
- Perform procedural training, provide clinical support, and manage clinical evaluation, ultimately securing BSC market share.
