Clinical Field Representative

The Field Clinical Representative provides day-to-day account management and clinical case support and education for assigned products and accounts based in Monterrey, with responsibility for the northern territory. This role involves setting objectives and opportunities to drive sales growth for their product portfolio, working closely with peer colleagues, manager, and Boston Scientific ICG ASE. The FCR will provide guidance, training, and advice in TAVI, LAAO, and SENTINEL procedures, and be responsible for delivering target sales revenue. In this role, the FCR will be the first point of contact for SH accounts and be responsible for stock management, identifying and selling the next cases, and providing product training and education at an account level.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of annual strategic plans by providing detailed business intelligence for accounts in scope.
- Support managers in understanding each account's unmet needs and expectations, facilitating an account strategy and execution of product developments and launches.
- Identify, manage, and report sales opportunities deriving from clinical support, supporting clinical selling based on clinical support information provided.
- Provide education and training support for external customers and end-users, as well as internally for Boston Scientific colleagues.
- Attend and actively participate in customer, company, and industry-sponsored events and meetings, with a strategic and productivity mindset.
- Lead on sales opportunities and develop and implement a proactive plan involving all supporting functions.
- Gather and share information about next tenders and negotiation opportunities.
- Perform procedural training, provide clinical support, and manage clinical evaluation, delivering excellent product in-servicing and product evaluations, and securing Boston Scientific market share.

We're seeking a proactive and innovative team member who thrives working autonomously, with excellent customer relationship skills, customer focus, and a willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time. Fluency in English is required. Preferred qualifications include experience in medical devices or medical technology, comfort working in an acute intervention setting, and understanding of demand generation value on hospital ecosystems.
