Empowering Customers on Their Digital Journey

At Microsoft, our Enterprise Account Team is dedicated to helping customers achieve their digital transformation goals. As a Strategic Enterprise Account Technology Strategist, you will play a key role in designing and driving digital technology initiatives that deliver targeted business outcomes and drive revenue growth for Microsoft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer and Industry Insights: Synthesize business and industry insights to conduct forecasting and develop recommendations for managing accounts and subsidiary planning. Ensure that all levels of the organization provide alternate perspectives to enable customers to consider alternatives and adapt strategies, plans, business models, and solutions to insights.
  • Trusted Advisor: Provide account thought leadership, leveraging your expertise in information technology, business strategy, and technology landscape. Share best practices internally while providing coaching to subsidiary resources. Create connections and feedback loops with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Technology Strategy Formulation: Lead analysis of overall customer situation for some of the largest and most complex accounts, and advise on strategic solutions to address customer needs.
