Enterprise Client Leader
Aon is seeking an Enterprise Client Leader to lead its relationship with strategic clients in Mexico and Puerto Rico. The role is accountable for delivering retention and accelerated growth, building a client team, and accessing senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
Drives business results for at least five enterprise clients, meeting new, retention, and rollover metrics.
Builds, updates, and aligns resources to execute against the Client Value Creation Model.
Delivers Global Standards, including strategy and execution of commitments and plans.

Requirements:
15 years of industry, consulting, and relevant experience with complex, global client management.
Strong influencing skills, ensuring progress for all client projects and creating alignment of internal teams.
Effective communication, listening, and adapting to the client's communication style.
