Human Resources Coordinator

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employee Experience Adviser to join our team. As an Employee Experience Adviser, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our employees have a positive and engaging experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Research and resolve employee issues related to HR Policy, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll, utilizing online and written reference materials.
- Coordinate and administer compensation plans, benefit plans, disability insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and incentive plans.
- Maintain and access confidential records, including personnel files, payroll changes, employment applications, benefit enrollments, executive compensation, incentive plans, and departmental budgets.
- Escalate unanswered questions to organizational experts and maintain contact with employees until issues are fully resolved.
- Document responses to employees in an online case management system.
- Assist management in identifying trends and issues.
- Perform other administrative functions as required.
- Recently graduated in Administration, International Trade, Psychology, or related majors.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Willing to make a difference and willing to make a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication skills.
