**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• 7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of selling high-value products in Mexico.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively (70% or more) within the assigned territory.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• MBA or graduate degree.
• Experience in wholesale distribution, business-to-business sales, irrigation design and installation, or agricultural operations.
