**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests.

**About the Job**

This full-time position is located at The Westin Santa Fe Mexico City, Javier Barros Sierra 540, Mexico City. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs, and ensuring that they have a memorable stay with us.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • FOLLOW ALL COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES;
  • E nsure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional;
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets;
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation;
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette;
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals;
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards;

**Requirements**

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent;
  • Related Work Experience: No related work experience required;
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required;
  • License or Certification: None;
