**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lead to drive our commercial strategy across Account Managers in the Central Territory.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing local expertise on merchant, courier, and eater supply and demand within the region. You will lead a team of Account Managers to drive commercial priorities and make decisions to provide the best selection and experience within your territory.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop local expertise on merchant, courier, and eater supply and demand within the Central Territory
- Lead team of Account Managers to drive commercial strategy and priorities
- Make decisions to provide the best selection and experience within your territory
- Own performance of all sides of the market (merchant, courier, and eater) in partnership with our Operations team
**Requirements:**
- 6-8 years of sales and people management experience in high-paced environments
- Proven track record in cold-calling and business development
- People management skills are mandatory; experience leading sales teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Expertise in prospecting and closing transactional deals
- Experience using CRM tools (like Salesforce) to manage day-to-day activities
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset
- Basic understanding of digital marketing to drive partner success
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- A team-first mentality, self-driven with a positive attitude and passion for learning
- Ability to travel within your assigned territory
