Funciones clave del puesto:
- Proporciona apoyo administrativo avanzado y técnico para diversas áreas de las funciones de Recursos Humanos, incluyendo beneficios, compensación, empleo, seguridad, etc.
- Prepara los materiales necesarios por los gerentes de RRHH para conferencias, correspondencia, citas y reuniones.
- Crea y prepara informes a partir de la base de datos de RRHH.
- Asiste al especialista en beneficios con el papeleo de beneficios nuevos, archivo y facturación.
- Asiste al jefe de empleo con el papeleo de nuevos empleados y el proceso de evaluación de empleados.
- Asiste al jefe de compensación con el programa de revisión de descripciones de trabajo/entrenamiento y evaluaciones de 90 días de nuevos empleados.
- Realiza otras tareas y tareas relacionadas según sea necesario.

Resumen de cualificaciones mínimas requeridas:
- Experiencia educativa equivalente a un Diploma de Bachillerato con cinco años de experiencia anterior en administración.
- Experiencia en RRHH fuertemente preferida.
- Destacadas habilidades en computadoras, preferiblemente hojas de cálculo, procesamiento de palabras, bases de datos y otros programas de software aplicables.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y capacidad para coordinar y mantener sistemas de archivo y oficina.
- Fortes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para comunicarse bien con otros.

Competencias:
- Habilidades en computadora
- Creación/preparación de informes
