Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to our material handling systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer support and to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve our products and services.
- Participate in the development and implementation of technical documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and other supporting materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field, providing customer service support and technical expertise.
- Experience with Allen Bradley Logix PLC controls platforms, as well as other industrial control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
