About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Puebla, Puebla. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for analyzing and comprehending information, dynamics, and needs to create action plans that maximize sales. You will align and agree commercial plans with customers, including local negotiations with Convenience, Distributors, and Modern Trade.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor compliance with billing for sales targets in your territory.
  • Perform business reviews with customers in your territory to strengthen business relationships.
  • Drive trading volume sales of all categories with each client, according to estimates from each account.
  • Identify opportunities by category and channel, in collaboration with other business areas, to optimize customer performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience within CPG Companies (desirable).
  • Proven skills in negotiation and operational discipline.
  • English proficiency.
