About the Role:
As an integral part of the aftermarket division, you will be responsible for driving aftermarket product initiatives and enhancing the spare parts business. Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating with clients regarding JBT's spare parts offerings to consistently improve sales performance.
  • Managing and following up on PRoCARE contracts for MCCA clientele.
  • Monitoring and updating the forecast and opportunity lists on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Facilitating communication between customers and internal JBT teams, including Service, Sales, Finance, and Accounting.
  • Providing support to internal teams, including Customer Service Representatives and Logistics, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys and managing Customer Relationship Management efforts.
  • Assisting the logistics team with inventory control forecasting.
Additional tasks and projects may be assigned by the supervisor as necessary.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and aftermarket product sales.
  • Proven ability to manage and supervise aftermarket projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with both local and international colleagues.
  • The capability to work under pressure and independently, while also thriving in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to multitask and collaborate across various organizations.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with computer applications, including Windows, Office, Visio, and Internet tools.
  • A valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
