Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the effective business operation of your assigned region, developing and implementing successful commercial strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Assume full P&L accountability of the region, directing market channel development activity and coordinating sales distribution.
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performance team, ensuring effective communication and alignment with global BRP priorities and values.
Your Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven supervisory and sales leadership experience with a strong track record of performance.
  • Experience managing sales in Latin American countries is a must.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with others.
