Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled P2P Support Analyst to join our US Commercial team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Procure-to-Pay processes, working closely with cross-functional partners to promote process success and transition to a 'hub & spoke' model.
Key Responsibilities- Support US Commercial teams end-to-end OPEX and Procure-2-Pay processes, becoming a subject matter expert in Vendor Setup, Purchase Order Creation/Updates, and Invoice Troubleshooting.
- Partner with Procurement and Finance to ensure complete, timely, and accurate execution of tasks, positively impacting cash flow, improving financial reporting, and tracking OPEX budgets.

- Meet deadlines, demonstrate high communication and responsiveness, attention to detail, quality of work, organizational skills, and ability to self-manage numerous requests simultaneously.
- 2-3 years of experience in similar areas.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word, as well as SAP Ariba and ERP systems.
- Attention to detail is mandatory for this role.
- Ability to work in a global team environment and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to solve problems.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Ability to deal with difficult customers and situations in a professional manner.
- Ability to be flexible and assist in other areas when needed.
- Ability to work both internally and externally with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting principles, including accruals.
- Completion of Post Offer Exam, Work Simulation, or Administrative Skills Testing if applicable.
