About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Telecom Sales Professional to join our team in Mexico, as part of our future generation of sales talents in LATAM.
Our business is complex, requiring account managers to have in-depth knowledge of our product and solution portfolio, including Radio, Core Network, Industry 4.0 solutions, and a strong understanding of our customers' business.
We invest heavily in talent growth, providing close mentorship from senior management and structured development opportunities, including role rotations to related departments.
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn, develop, and perform at your best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling account manager responsibilities, including attending customer meetings, participating in pricing strategy discussions, and handling customer correspondence in a timely manner.
- Gaining practical insights into our business, stakeholders, and customers across the market and how we integrate end-to-end solutions.
- Learning our sales processes and ways of working.
- Rotating through critical departments like delivery and commercial management to rise to challenges and develop as a future leader.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a similar field.
- Working experience in B2B technical sales in Telecom is an advantage.
- Technology enthusiasm, ambition, and determination to learn and develop.
- Analytical skills, quick apprehension, and fact-based decision making.
- Collaboration is key in our company; we value inclusivity and diverse perspectives.
- Spanish and English proficiency (both written and spoken).

We estimate this role to come with an annual salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000, based on industry standards and comparable roles in Mexico.
