At McGraw Hill, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven ELT Sales Professional to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to the success of our educational publishing business.
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled sales professional who can effectively identify business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and maintain excellent customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving or exceeding sales targets, expanding our presence in the market, and driving revenue growth.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires at least three years of sales experience in educational publishing or EdTech services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the education sector, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Maintain excellent customer relationships through regular communication, product presentations, and information sharing
- Stay up-to-date with McGraw Hill products, platforms, and capabilities to effectively promote our offerings
- Meet regularly with decision-makers in educational institutions to present our products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
- International sales experience in educational publishing or EdTech services
- English language proficiency (intermediate to advanced level)
- Experience with CRM database
- Microsoft software skills: Outlook and PowerPoint (basic), Word and Excel (intermediate)

Additional Information
Please note that this is a traveling position that requires 75% - 100% travel time. You will need to be available to visit clients on a regular basis and attend industry events.
