Sales Representative

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Use knowledge base and training to respond accurately to customer inquiries and sell appropriate products and services.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues.
• Investigate systems to find missing information; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues as needed.
• Use systems and technology to complete account management tasks.
• Document and process customer orders accurately in the appropriate systems.
• Follow all required guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Meet requirements related to confidential information and personal data.
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution as needed.
• Attend meetings and training sessions and review new training materials to stay up-to-date on changes in program knowledge, systems, and processes.
• Meet all attendance and work schedule requirements.

• Able to speak fluently in English and reside within driving distance of our office located in Hermosillo, SO.
• Must be willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.

The starting compensation for this position is estimated to be around $25,000 per year, depending on experience.
