We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and manage a team of sales representatives with the goal of achieving sales objectives and targets. This role involves training, coaching, and motivating the sales team to maximize performance and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage sales expertise to guide and direct a high-performing sales team towards exceptional results.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to help the team achieve its goals.
- Encourage a positive and collaborative team culture through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing targeted strategies to address these gaps.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop and execute sales strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or 2 years in sales management.
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a history of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of contact center tools and technology used to monitor KPIs and SLAs.
- Ability to hold team members accountable for their performance, including adherence to KPIs and processes.

Location and Work Environment
This job is based in Hermosillo, SO, Mexico. The work environment is professional, and the employee will be expected to spend most of their time sitting/standing while using a computer and phone equipment.
