We are seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work on behalf of some of the largest retail brands, telecommunications companies, and software providers to provide telephone support to commercial and residential customers, work to retain dissatisfied customers, and sell new products and services. This is a full-time, sales-focused position for experienced sales representatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Utilize technology and systems to make outbound sales calls to consumers, respond to incoming calls from interested prospects, follow up with interested customers, listen to customer needs and help them with their questions, and resolve any service-related concerns they may have.
  • Achieve success by providing excellent customer experiences and making sales, presenting yourself every day prepared to give your best and helping to promote our brand.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • You must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to write quickly and accurately (more than 20 words per minute).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and basic knowledge of the Windows operating system.
  • Highly reliable, with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to evaluate, solve problems, and track customer issues.
  • Skill in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
  • Customer-oriented (empathetic, receptive, patient, and meticulous).
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks, stay focused, and self-manage.
  • Strong teamwork orientation and customer focus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity prevail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish relationships with your team and customers.
  • Fluency in English reading and speaking.

Compensation and Benefits:

We believe that your hard work deserves recognition and reward. Our compensation and benefits packages are designed to be competitive and grow with you over time. The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience. Physical Requirements:

This job is performed in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be seated/standing for extended periods using a computer and a telephone headset. The employee will regularly operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. Occasionally, the employee may be required to move around the office to complete tasks; reach in any direction; lift or lower objects, move objects from one place to another, grasp objects, and move or exert force of up to forty (40) pounds.
