- Monitor, support, and improve services according to incident, change, and problem management processes, adhering to IT TR and SAP standards.
- Partner with application development teams to deliver operational readiness for new applications and features, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps for applications and processes, driving business value and innovation.
- Drive continual service improvement and innovation in productivity, software quality, and reliability, meeting and exceeding service level agreements.
- Responsible for monitoring and analyzing business operational and technical key metrics, providing insights for data-driven decision-making.
About You
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP Basis professional who can bring their expertise to our team. If you have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Fluent English language skills.
- 2+ years of experience in SAP Basis modules, including configuration, development, testing, and release.
- Broad understanding of distributed application systems, including experience managing data center systems and infrastructure.
- Proven track record of success in IT service management and standards, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong customer service, organizational, and conflict management skills.
- ITIL knowledge and experience with programming and scripting languages.
