\u2022 Work with shipping and planning teams to dispatch orders on time
\u2022 Manage daily communication with customers via chat, email, or phone
\u2022 Present shipment plans, inventory status, and shipment preparation status in daily/weekly meetings
\u2022 Generate or convert external information files for easy understanding and distribution
\u2022 Prepare importation processes for returned units and monitor shipment back to destination
\u2022 Develop containment actions and risk plans for delayed materials
\u2022 Work with the team to complete KPIs and department goals
\u2022 Prepare individual shipment Hit Rate results for manager meetings
\u2022 Attend required trainings to improve skills
\u2022 Support cycle count activities as needed
**Requirements**
\u2022 Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
\u2022 3 years of experience
\u2022 Bilingual (70% minimum)
