At Citi, we are looking for a talented Commercial Banking Relationship Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

The Commercial Banking Relationship Specialist will be responsible for deepening relationships with clients and proactively owning, responding to and anticipating any future needs, roadblocks or risks. They will work closely with senior Relationship Managers to leverage the expertise and capabilities of other Citi businesses to better achieve mutual business goals together.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calls on clients to deepen relationships and resolve issues with their portfolios to enhance complete satisfaction
  • Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet
  • Drives innovation in the solutions provided to clients and further develops the business where necessary and appropriate
  • Staying connected with influencers, industry associations, thought leaders and senior business contacts to expand industry knowledge and deepen Citi's relationship with these partners
Requirements
  • 2-5 years relevant experience in commercial banking or a related field
  • Good understanding and knowledge of commercial banking products and processes
  • Demonstrates intermediate knowledge of credit skills and Early Warning Detection
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and communicate views with clarity and confidence
