About the Role
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Growth Strategist to manage and curate existing customer relationships, drive business growth, and provide thought leadership to influence and build trust at different customer levels.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customized customer success plans to meet the needs of assigned banking accounts.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of related services and support functions.
- Lead education and strategy sessions to drive utilization of Teradata software and services.
- Provide customer education on how to use Teradata solutions to solve their most demanding business challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and facilitate collaboration with Teradata SMEs and functions.
- Identify and mitigate business churn risks through continuous engagement with customers.
- Promote new thinking and continuous development and improvement of business practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or professional discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, including pre-sales, strategic consulting, and customer management.
- Strong exposure and knowledge of the Banking Industry.
- Possess a keen interest in and understanding of developments in data and analytic technologies.
- Experience promoting analytic solutions for large enterprises in pre-sales or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Spanish/English language skills.
- Domestic & International Travel required.
