Role OverviewThe Strategic Credit Card Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day credit card operations, encompassing key aspects such as payments, fraud management and operational processes. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end management of credit card operations, ensuring seamless functionality and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage credit card operations, including payments, fraud management and daily tasks.
- Develop and implement necessary credit card and operational processes to ensure effective product launches.
- Support product development by identifying critical factors to consider before launching new products.
- Implement anti-fraud measures on credit cards to minimize risks and monitor cases.
- Create monitoring rules and track card transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or finance.
- 1 year experience in a credit card operation role.
- Possesses problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Passionate about building scalable processes and has a strong sense of humor.
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
