Buscamos un/a Digital Strategy Consultant - Growth Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo de Strategy en Nateevo España.

Responsabilidades
  • Diseño y Ejecución de Estrategias de Crecimiento: Garantizar la ejecución exitosa de presupuestos y estrategias de crecimiento para cuentas en Latinoamérica y España.
  • Liderazgo de Proyectos: Colaborar con equipos de producto, diseño y desarrollo para priorizar y ejecutar experimentos de crecimiento.
  • Análisis de Campañas: Revisar campañas para conversión y generación de leads mediante análisis del customer journey y el modelo de atribución.
  • Gestión Presupuestaria: Administrar presupuestos de marketing superiores a $500K USD, monitorear campañas, rastrear KPIs e identificar áreas de mejora.
  • Relaciones con Agencias y Socios: Gestionar y liderar relaciones con agencias de medios digitales y socios clave.
  • Colaboración con Stakeholders: Trabajar con los equipos de marketing, ventas y Customer Experience para alinear estrategias de crecimiento con los objetivos de la empresa.
  • Informes y Recomendaciones: Elaborar y presentar informes detallados y recomendaciones a la alta dirección.
  • Innovación Continua: Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias y tecnologías digitales para integrar innovaciones en los proyectos.
  • Mentalidad de Experimentación: Implementar tests A/B para optimizar adquisición, retención y conversión de usuarios.
Requisitos
  • Formación en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Economía, Comunicación o campo relacionado.
  • Conocimiento en consultoría estratégica o agencias de marketing y comunicación, preferiblemente en el sector tecnológico o financiero.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y experiencia en herramientas de análisis de datos.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de presupuestos de medios digitales.
  • Experiencia en coordinación de agencias, socios de medios y sitios de comparación.
  • Autonomía para trabajar de manera independiente en un entorno dinámico.
  • Capacidad para comunicar y transmitir ideas de manera efectiva.
  • Capacidad de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias en diferentes mercados y sectores en Latinoamérica y España, con una visión multicanal.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de análisis de medios como Google Analytics y herramientas de prueba multivariante.
  • Otras Soft Skills: Proactividad, curiosidad y pensamiento crítico.

  • Experiencia en el sector financiero o blockchain.
  • Uso de herramientas no-code para experimentación (A/B Tasty, VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, GA4, Hotjar, etc.).
