About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Capacity Manager to join our Client Services team at Mastercard. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective execution of our strategy and driving engagement within our teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aggregate staffing needs at a cohort level, understanding specific engagement requirements and coordinating prioritization between projects.
  • In close cooperation with the Staffing Business Partner, assign the appropriate capacity to client engagements based on predefined criteria targeting optimization of resource utilization and learning opportunities for team members across areas of specialization and markets.
  • Work using the internal systems and processes through all phases of the engagement lifecycle.
  • Aggregate cohort level metrics and insights for management reporting purposes.
  • Work with the Staffing Business Partners to ensure appropriate and well thought through, balanced team structures are proposed thereby ensuring quality outcomes on the projects and success for the clients.
  • Work collaboratively with other staffing managers and the business within a structured framework and against set timelines to ensure efficient and smooth running of a weekly staffing batch-based process.
Requirements
  • Partner at heart – Needs to work in very close partnership with the rest of the Global Staffing team.
  • Business acumen – Good understanding of the business drivers that impact on overall revenue generation. Ability to understand when to be pragmatic and when to be firm.
  • Strong interest in people well-being and development – focused on making the client services team member experience best in class.
  • Client centric – strong focus on internal client/peer relationships and ensuring service level satisfaction.
  • Agile – Must be able to work in an agile environment with short sprints, changing briefs and requirements to pivot at short notice.
  • Project Manager – Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong individual contributor – able to self-manage independently, while coordinating with time zone and global staffing teammates.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in another professional services company beneficial.
