The Assistant Front Desk Manager is the epitome of exceptional service, ensuring every guest interaction is seamless and memorable. As a key member of the Guest Relations Team, they bridge the gap between departments to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, providing outstanding hospitality and communication skills to foster a quality guest experience.
  • Collaborate with Hotel and Marine Departments to ensure proactive anticipation of guest needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with guests, resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Supervise teams of 10 or more, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Stay attuned to detail, ensuring seamless execution of premium service.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years guest-facing service experience in a luxury environment, with a proven track record of supervising teams.
  • Combination of education equivalent to a high school diploma or relevant training/experience.
  • Confident, well-groomed appearance with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, with resourceful thinking and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to fulfill key responsibilities and company requests.
