Customer Success Manager

At Gigamon, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop a deep understanding of our customers' business goals and strategies to provide tailored support and guidance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and implement solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, usage, and adoption to inform business decisions and optimize customer experiences.
* Partner with Sales, Channel Partners, and Renewals teams to ensure alignment and provide insights on customer outcomes and new opportunities.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive customer success.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
* Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention in a recurring revenue business model.
* Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to navigate complex customer journeys and influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
* Customer-centric and proactive team player with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity, cloud, and networking markets.
