Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager and Fulfillment Center Operations team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Fulfillment Center Operations team, including photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangements, and creating presentations using graphics.
- Complete expense reports, maintain schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings for our Fulfillment Center Staff.
- Manage travel reservations and coordinate logistics for team members.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 2+ years of experience delivering support to one or two Sr. Manager or Director roles.
- 2+ years of experience managing travel reservations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with end-to-end project management.
- Understanding of how to create a basic expense and reimbursement report.
- Management of fixed budgets for office administration, on-site events, meetings.
- Strong background in administrative, secretarial support or other management roles.
