Position Overview: As a vital member of the Support team, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional post-sales assistance and solutions to the Oracle customer base, while acting as a champion for customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address post-sales non-technical inquiries from customers through various communication channels, including phone and electronic methods.
  • Resolve technical queries related to the utilization and troubleshooting of our Electronic Support Services.
  • Serve as a principal contact for clients, fostering customer relationships with the Support team.
  • Offer guidance and support to internal Oracle staff regarding diverse customer scenarios and escalated matters.

Career Level: IC3

Role Specifics: In your capacity as a Senior Support Engineer, you will act as the technical liaison for customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to resolve issues pertaining to the installation, optimal maintenance, and utilization of Oracle products.

It is essential to possess a comprehensive understanding of all Oracle products within your areas of expertise, alongside an in-depth knowledge of several specific products and/or platforms.

Additionally, you should have substantial experience across multiple platforms, enabling you to execute assigned responsibilities with minimal oversight from management.

In this role, you will frequently operate autonomously while investigating and formulating solutions to customer challenges.
