Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Care Associate to take ownership of our customers' experience and provide high-touch assistance to their questions and concerns. As a trusted advisor, you will have the power to influence by being the eyes, ears, and voice of our company, on the front lines of the EcoVadis mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to assist in the customer support process, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to clarify and validate companies' registered information, such as legal entity, business activity, and scope of operations.
  • Input company information into our suppliers' database using country company registers and online databases.
  • Respond to customer queries via email and contact internal and external stakeholders to gather more information when required.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of our qualification process.
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with other teams within the organization, such as supplier engagement, live news research, and engagement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • High proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish language required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service/support role, preferably with international exposure.
  • Bachelor's Degree completed.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize based on business/customer needs.
  • Salesforce and/or Zendesk experience a plus.
  • An excellent level of computer literacy, especially using MS Excel, Word, and other desktop tools.
  • Customer and quality-oriented attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

  • Hybrid work arrangement, with 4 days a month in office.
  • Contract length: 1 year.
