The Role

We are seeking creative, innovative thinkers with strong communication skills to join our team as Client Service Managers, Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators.

As a valued member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing divisional recruiting strategies to attract a strong and diverse pipeline of talent that aligns with business goals.

Key Accountabilities

Some of your key responsibilities may include:

  • Establishing relationships with senior business leaders and HR partners to deliver recruiting initiatives and share best practices.
  • Building and maintaining hiring manager relationships to ensure client satisfaction within your business area.
  • Designing and implementing divisional recruiting strategies to attract a strong and diverse pipeline of talent.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you may have:

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Manager, Recruiter, or Talent Sourcer.
  • Ability to work in a process-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Comfort working with a variety of computer systems in a complex environment.
