We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Service Hub Intern to join our team. As a Technical Service Hub Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our robotic equipment.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Create comprehensive reports on client visits, highlighting areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement solutions for events and demos, showcasing the capabilities of our robotic equipment.
• Verify the correct functioning of robotic equipment, identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate inventory control, ensuring that all equipment is properly stocked and maintained.
• Conduct thorough diagnoses of robotic equipment, performing repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Implement and maintain quality standards, ensuring that all processes meet the highest level of excellence.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement 5S principles, promoting a culture of efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in product demonstrations, tests, analysis, and technical support, providing exceptional customer service.
• Develop and maintain strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
**Requirements**
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Robotics, or a related field.
• 6 months of experience in:
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Reading electrical diagrams.
• Design tools like SolidWorks, Inventor, Catia, or similar.
• Programming languages such as C, C++, Python.
**Preferred Requirements**
• Portuguese proficiency.
• Knowledge of PLC programming.
• Optional insurance.
• Java.
• Exceptional organizational skills and time management, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively and maintaining a high level of productivity in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Proactivity to identify and address opportunities and challenges in an anticipatory manner, demonstrating initiative and commitment to achieving team and organizational goals.
