Job Title: Voice Comm

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Nuvit Service. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing enterprise-level assistance to our customers, ensuring seamless support for our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support IT platforms, integration, and digital services by applying best practices and solutions.
  • Provide robust support fully aligned to strategic objectives, adopting cloud integration and information systems technologies, and supporting 7x24x365.
  • Operate with various service providers, including Capgemini, Yalo, Telnet, Pitcher, ACN, SAP, Greenmile, and Hasar.
  • Continuously support digital platforms through proactive maintenance plans, updated software, hardware, or applications.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of hands-on IT experience in a technical/helpdesk role.
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience with at least one infrastructure technology (e.g., UNIX or Windows).
  • Solid knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Power Query highly desirable).
  • Advance Level English.
  • Technical English is required.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and willing to work independently while receiving instruction through supervision in a highly regulated environment.
