About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Franchise Business Development Consultant to join our team at Little Caesars Pizza. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and operational excellence across our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Serve as a business consultant to assigned franchise owners, providing guidance and support to help them achieve operational excellence and drive business growth.
  • Liaison and Communication: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with corporate departments, including company operations, marketing, real estate, finance/accounting, and human resources, to ensure integration of business functions.
  • Site Development and Training: Provide support to franchisees in site development, training, operations, marketing, financial services, and overall understanding of the company.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Oversee and report on changes to market conditions, including site selection, competition, and external factors, and make recommendations to improve upon any changes.
  • Business Plan Review and Analysis: Assist franchisees in reviewing business plans and analyzing financial data to identify areas of improvement or development.
  • Training and Communications: Provide effective training and communications to franchisees and their staff on an ongoing basis to support customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Evaluations and Recommendations: Conduct onsite business reviews and operational evaluations to guide franchisees in consistently meeting or exceeding all company quality standards.
  • Training Program Implementation and Review: Assist franchisees in implementing and reviewing all company-related training programs.
  • Documentation and Coordination: Maintain appropriate documentation for all assigned franchisees and coordinate activities related to re-opening, new store grand openings, remodeling, relocating, closing, or operating of a store.
  • Communication and Leadership: Maintain regular communication with the Director to apprise of all pertinent issues and provide leadership and direction to colleagues.
  • Travel and Development: Travel to and within the area of support to understand market dynamics, isolate new development opportunities, and assist current franchises with their specific needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Four years of previous restaurant/retail management experience.
  • Skills: Strong relationship, team building, and communication (written and verbal) skills, demonstrated planning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and basic proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
  • Travel and Physical Demands: Ability to travel by airplane and automobile, requires a mode of transportation to travel locally, and ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds.
