- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales enablement programs, training, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other key performance indicators to measure business performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IBM Software offerings, including products, services, and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, including cloud, microservices, and other emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a commercial or technical role for vendors like IBM, Oracle, AWS, etc.
- 3 years of experience as a Sales Consultant or Product Specialist.
- Experience with recruitment and development of the resellers/partners community.
- Experience with design and execution of business development plans.
- Knowledge of IT trends, including cloud and microservices.
- Deep understanding of IBM Software offerings.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of industry trends.
